FluxPanel runs on your local machine — your development data stays yours. Learn how we manage your account and subscription data.
Account data: name and email for registration and login
Device data: hardware fingerprint (UUID) for device locking
Usage data: feature usage statistics to improve our service
Technical data: app version, OS, and error logs for debugging

All communication between the desktop app and server uses HTTPS/TLS
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your local device
Passwords are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm
Data access is restricted to authorized team members only
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
Data is only shared with our payment gateway (Midtrans) for payment processing
We do not access or store your local project files
FluxPanel runs entirely on your local machine — your development data stays on your device
Access: view your personal data stored by us through the dashboard

FluxPanel manages services (Nginx, PHP, MySQL, etc.) on your local machine
Website configurations, databases, and services are stored locally on your device
We have no access to your local website content or databases
Backup and restore operations are performed locally without going through our servers
The FluxPanel website uses cookies to maintain login sessions and user preferences. We also use analytics to understand how users interact with the website.
The FluxPanel desktop application does not use cookies or trackers. Communication with the server is only for subscription validation and receiving commands from the dashboard.
We retain your account data as long as your subscription is active. After account deletion:
- • Account and profile data: deleted within 30 days
- • Payment history: retained as required by law (5 years)
- • Device fingerprint data: deleted along with the account
- • Activity logs: deleted within 90 days
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
