Terms and conditions for using FluxPanel. Please read carefully before using our service.
By using FluxPanel, you agree to these terms and conditions
If you do not agree, please stop using our service
These terms apply to both the desktop application and website
Changes to terms will be communicated at least 14 days in advance
FluxPanel is a local development environment manager for development purposes
One account may only be used by one person (sharing is not allowed)
Registered devices are locked to an account and cannot be transferred
Using FluxPanel for production hosting or illegal activities is prohibited
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential
Report immediately if your account is suspected of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend accounts detected of abuse
One device can only be registered to one account (device locking)
Modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the FluxPanel application
Using FluxPanel as a production server or public hosting
Sharing accounts or credentials with others
Attempting to bypass the subscription or device locking system
Payment is made upfront through our payment gateway (Midtrans)
Subscription is automatically activated after successful payment
No refunds are available after subscription activation
If subscription expires, services will be automatically stopped by the system
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia
Disputes will be resolved through mutual deliberation first
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
The English version is the official version of these terms
FluxPanel, including its source code, design, logo, and documentation is the exclusive property of FluxPanel and is protected by copyright law. Users are granted a limited license to use the application in accordance with their active subscription.
Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or renting any part of the FluxPanel application without written permission.
FluxPanel provides the service "as is" to help manage your local development environment. We are not responsible for:
- • Loss of local data due to user misconfiguration
- • Downtime or disruption of managed services (Nginx, MySQL, etc.)
- • Operating system damage caused by usage outside of guidelines
- • Business losses due to service unavailability
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:
- • You violate these terms and conditions
- • Abuse or fraud is detected
- • Subscription has expired and is not renewed
Users can delete their account at any time through the dashboard. Locally installed services will remain on your device even after account deletion, but cannot be managed through FluxPanel.
We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
